HSC - Half Slotted Container 200
An RSC with one open end. Great as a base with a separate cover, or for tall items loaded from the top.
FPF - Five Panel Folder 410
A folder-style blank that wraps around flat or framed products, giving a smooth double-layer top and bottom.
FOL - Full Overlap Slotted 203
Flaps overlap the full width for extra stacking strength and edge protection on heavier loads.
Top & Bottom 306
A separate tray and lid that telescope together — strong presentation packaging for heavier or premium goods.
LP - Layer Pad / Sheet 110
Flat corrugated sheets used to separate and cushion stacked products on a pallet.

Board Construction
Types of Corrugated Flutes
The flute is the wavy layer inside the board. It sets the thickness, cushioning and stacking strength of your box.
Single Wall
A-Flute 5 mm
Tallest single-wall flute. Best cushioning and stacking strength.
B-Flute 3 mm
A versatile mid-height flute with a flat surface for good printing.
E-Flute 2 mm
Thin and rigid with a fine surface — ideal for retail and printed boxes.
Double Wall
BA-Flute 8 mm
Double wall combining B and A flutes for heavy-duty, high-stack loads.
BE-Flute 5 mm
Double wall of B and E flutes — strong yet smooth enough to print well.
